Join us at 6pm on 31st October as we talk to CJ Skuse about her 'Sweetpea' series and specifically her 5th book, the Bad Seeds.
C.J. Skuse is the author of the five-book killer comedy series Sweetpea (HQ/HarperCollins) plus six other novels.
She was born in 1980 in Weston-super-Mare and has two first-class Creative Writing degrees as well as experience working in local newspapers and publishing. She now works as a Senior Creative Writing Lecturer at Bath Spa University where she lectures on the undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes, specifically the world-renowned MA in Writing for Young People which has produced more than 80 published children’s authors since its inception in 2004. She is currently undertaking a PhD by Publication at the University of Gloucester.
Her novel Sweetpea has been adapted for TV by See Saw Films and is set to stream on Sky Atlantic this autumn.
